Modern Wye River Residence

This property was an installation of hardscape and landscape. The clients enjoy native plants, so the plan was designed to their request. This job required extensive native plantings that look natural to the area and zone. Many drought tolerant plants were installed due to full sun exposure. Sun and shade are taken into consideration with every plan and property, all plants have different requirements, and it is important to be aware of that before installing. We used deer resistant plants for this home, in addition to installing sod in some areas. The perennials we installed have a lot of texture and color, so the clients can enjoy the landscape year-round.
